Description
The JL Audio XDM500/3 3-Channel Class D amplifier delivers powerful, clean audio in a compact chassis, producing 75 W x 2 @ 4 Ω to drive a pair of full-range speakers and 300 W x 1 @ 2 Ω for your subwoofer. Utilizing JL Audio’s NexD™ high-speed switching technology, this amp achieves exceptional efficiency and low distortion, making it perfect for tight car, boat, or marine installations. Built with marine-grade materials and dual-mode input filters, the XDM500/3 ensures noise-free performance in both automotive and marine environments. Automatic turn-on capability via signal or DC-offset sensing simplifies OEM system upgrades.
This versatile amplifier includes a 12 dB/octave high-pass filter for the main channels and a variable slope low-pass filter for the subwoofer, both adjustable between 50–500 Hz for precise system tuning. Optional HD-RLC or MHD-RLC remote level controllers allow convenient control of all channels or just the subwoofer directly from the driver’s seat or helm. Finished in a sleek black powder-coated chassis with a gasketed removable cover, all controls are protected and easy to access. Measuring 216 x 52 x 180 mm and weighing 2.18 kg, the XDM500/3 is ideal for compact, high-performance car or marine audio systems.
