The Caliber CALRMD804DAB-BT is a (DAB +) radio and infotainment system for your vehicle. Connect your smartphone and use the system to stream audio and as a hands-free car kit. The system has the standard 2 DIN size, so it can be easily installed as a direct fit or with the use of a vehicle specific fascia panel.

The Caliber CALRMD804DAB-BT has DAB + radio, with which you can hear music and voices more defined and with less noise than on FM radio. You can also choose from more channels. A DAB + antenna is included. This must be installed on the windscreen, but is transparent so that it does not bother you while driving.

Connecting a smartphone you can easily connect your smartphone to the CALRMD804DAB-BT via Bluetooth®. For example, you can easily listen to your own Spotify playlists. The system also supports Mirror link, with limited compatibility suitable for iOS and Android devices. This way you duplicate your phone screen and operate it on the touchscreen of your car radio. With the Bluetooth® connection, you can also use the CALRMD804DAB-BT as a hands-free car kit. Thanks to the support of the AVRCP Bluetooth profile, control of your music and phone calls is possible with the buttons on the CALRMD804DAB-BT.

The 6.2 inch touchscreen of the CALRMD804DAB-BT offers a clear menu and touchscreen operation. In addition, thanks to the RDS EON radio function, the screen provides useful information such as the radio station, program or time on the display. You can also receive, for example, traffic information via the car radio.

The CALRMD804DAB-BT has internal amplification of 4 × 75 Watt and can achieve a considerable volume whilst maintaining clarity. Suitable for use with OEM speakers however upgrading to aftermarket speakers with enhance your enjoyment further. The radio has a subwoofer output and an RCA to connect an amplifier if necessary. Via the ISO connector you connect the radio without loose cables to the existing wiring in your dashboard.

Do you want to play your music in a different way? Then that is also possible from an SD card or a USB stick. Insert a card or a USB stick (up to 32 GB) with MP3 or WMA files and enjoy your favourite songs. Do you want to view photos or start a movie from a storage medium? This is possible in MPEG4, DivX and JPEG format.
