Stores: No, fitting prices are not available online. As our stores are independently operated, each location provides its own installation quotes based on your vehicle and the parts required.

Stores: No. Our retail stores have higher operating costs than our mail order centre, so in-store prices may differ from our online prices.
Online prices are available exclusively for mail order customers. If you would like an in-store price, please contact the store you plan to visit for a quote on the item you wish to purchase.
In many cases, if you provide the online price, the store may be able to match the online price, including delivery costs

In-Store Fitting
We always aim to accommodate our customers for car audio fitting and installation. However, same-day installation may not always be available, as our installers may already be working on another customer’s vehicle.
To avoid disappointment, we recommend contacting your local store in advance to book your vehicle in for installation.
We also offer custom car audio installations. Please contact your chosen store with your requirements for a fitting quote.

If you purchase your item online, you can still arrange professional installation. Simply place your order through our website, then contact your nearest store to book your vehicle in for fitting

Yes, we may offer car audio installation and fitting services for products that were not purchased from us. However, this service is available at the store manager’s discretion.
Please contact the store you wish to visit to check availability and book your vehicle in for installation. You can find your nearest branch using our Store Finder.

In most cases, your order is dispatched within minutes of being placed. As our order processing system is fully automated, we are unable to locate individual orders once they have entered the dispatch queue. This makes it very difficult to amend an order after it has been submitted.
However, if you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always do our best to accommodate your request where possible.

Stores: We do not offer an instore pick up facility for mail order customers.

Standard Delivery
Standard delivery takes 2-3 Working days. Your order will default to this delivery method. Please select a different option if you require another service
Next day delivery
Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 5pm.
Please ensure you select that you want next day delivery at the checkout.
If you have placed your order after 5pm it will be placed on a next day service the following working day.
If placed your order on Friday before 5pm and selected Next day delivery your order will be delivered on Monday. Delivery
Next Day Delivery Before 12
Next day delivery before 12 is available on all orders placed before 5pm.
Please ensure you select that you want next day delivery before 12 at the checkout.
If you have placed your order after 5pm it will be placed on a next day service the following working day.
If placed your order on Friday before 5pm and selected Next day delivery your order will be delivered on Monday.
Saturday Delivery before 12
If you would like your order to be delivered on a Saturday please ensure you select Saturday delivery at the checkout. The deadline for Saturday delivery is Friday 5pm.

At Car Audio Centre, every order is important to us. To maintain our high customer service standards, we process and dispatch orders within minutes of them being placed.
Thanks to our fully automated order processing system, your item can be picked, packed and loaded for dispatch within as little as five minutes.
Our streamlined warehouse system ensures fast shipping, accurate fulfilment and reliable delivery for all online orders.

In most cases, we can deliver your order to a registered business address, such as a workplace.
Shipping to a residential address that differs from your billing address may be possible, but this is reviewed on a case-by-case basis for security and fraud prevention purposes.
If you would like to request delivery to an alternative address, please contact us before placing your order.

To return a product you need to login to your account and register your return. We will then email you the next steps based on your product and how long you've had it.
If you have already placed an order but do not have an account click here and enter your email address and order number. we will then send you an email with a new password.

Stores: If you have changed your mind and you have NOT had the item fitted to the vehicle and its in its original packaging, we will exchange the item if returned within 7 days of purchasing it at the store managers discretion
If you have fitted the product we cannot exchange the item.
We do not refund Products if you change your mind.
Mail Order: If you have changed your mind, You must notify us within 7 days. You will need to send the item back to us provided it is undamaged at your own cost.

Yes — you can cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped.
However, once your order has been picked and packed, we are unable to cancel it. At this stage, the parcel has already been processed by our warehouse team. Locating a specific parcel among hundreds ready for dispatch would delay other customer orders from leaving on time.
If you choose to cancel, we may ask for the reason for cancellation. This is purely for customer feedback and service improvement purposes.

Our retail stores operate on separate stock systems and are independently franchised. For this reason, refunds and exchanges for online orders must be processed directly through our website and cannot be handled in store.
If you need to request a return, refund or exchange for an online purchase, please contact our online customer support team for assistance.

- Pioneer and Alpine items are repaired by Dtronix Ltd. Their contact number is 0190 832 6180.
- Kenwood and JVC items are repaired by Car Audio Repairs.

How Can I Get A VAT Receipt?
Your VAT invoice is included in your order confirmation email sent after purchase.
You can also download your VAT invoice online by logging into your account on our website. Simply select your order number to view the order details, then click the “Download VAT Invoice” link located under the delivery address section.
