đ When Does the Christmas Returns Window Apply?
All purchases made between 1st December and 24th December are eligible for return until 8th January.
This gives you plenty of time to wrap, gift, andâif neededâreturn any unwanted items after the big day.
đŚ Christmas Returns: What You Need to Know
While the return window is extended, our standard Non-Faulty Goods policy still applies to ensure fairness and quality for all customers.
Hereâs a simple breakdown:
â Items Must Be New & Unused
Products must be returned in the same condition as receivedâunused, undamaged, and complete with all accessories, labels, and packaging.
â Used or Damaged Returns
If an item is returned with signs of use, missing parts, or damage, we may have to reject the return.
In some cases, we can accept the return but apply a restocking fee to cover refurbishing or replacement parts.
đ Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the customerâs responsibility.
We recommend using a secure, tracked delivery service to ensure safe arrival.
đ¸ Damaged on Arrival?
If your item arrived damaged, please send photos before returning so our team can approve the return and arrange the correct process.
đˇ Small-Value Items
Items below ÂŁ42 will incur a ÂŁ5 processing fee to cover outbound shipping and handling. (Faulty items are exempt.)
đ International Orders
Orders returned due to unpaid customs/duty (RTS) may incur charges up to 50% of the order value (excluding postage).
Original shipping fees for international orders cannot be refunded.
đ Original Postage Costs
Premium postage options (Next Day, Saturday Delivery) are non-refundable.
